Amara Wellness – House Guidelines

Welcome to Amara Wellness. Our space is designed to nurture wellbeing, relaxation, and a sense of community. To ensure everyone enjoys their experience, we kindly ask all members to observe the following guidelines.

Respect & Community

We are a community of wellness enthusiasts. Please treat fellow members and staff with respect and consideration. Maintain a calm demeanor, be mindful of your surroundings, and share positive energy.

Parking

Parking is available at the entrance of the hotel.

Classes & Wellness Sessions

Arrive 10 minutes early for your booked session. If you cannot attend, cancel in advance to allow others to enjoy the space. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in temporary booking restrictions. This is your time—please avoid phone calls during sessions.

Equipment & Facilities

Return all equipment and weights after use. During busy periods, please share space and equipment generously. Everyone is here to move and recharge—let’s keep the flow.

Attire

Appropriate activewear and footwear are required in all fitness areas. Nudity is not permitted in the Changing Rooms or Spa. Towels should remain wrapped around the body to ensure comfort for all.

Personal Belongings

Lockers are available for day use. Overnight storage is limited to Platinum Locker members. Unattended items will be treated as lost property.

Locker Bracelets

Locker bracelets are available at reception. A valid ID will be held while the bracelet is in use and returned upon its return.

Food & Beverages

Please bring water in a re-sealable bottle. Smoothies, protein shakes, and coffee cups are not permitted in fitness areas.

Recording & Photography

Please respect the privacy of others—do not film or photograph fellow members without permission. Professional shoots require prior approval from the team; fees may apply.

Towels

Towels are provided per area:

Changing Rooms: for personal use only.
Pool: for poolside use.

Please do not transfer towels between areas.

Smoking & Substances

Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited on-site. The use of performance-enhancing or recreational substances is strictly forbidden.

Membership

Membership signifies agreement with Amara Wellness guidelines. Repeated non-compliance may result in a review of your access.
