Rapid oscillation stimulates the lymphatic system early in the day, while light supports circulation and cellular recovery beneath the skin. The most physically engaging class on the schedule — real movement, real fun, timed for the body's natural morning rhythm.

Cancellation Policy
Class Policy Payment: All classes must be paid in cash prior to the session. Cancellations: Classes are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted to avoid disruption. Equipment: Please bring your own mat to each class.
