Service Description
Your entry point to the reformer. This class builds a foundation of alignment, breath, and control, guiding you through the fundamentals of the machine — the springs, straps, and carriage — at a considered pace. A grounding practice for anyone new to reformer work, or returning to rebuild strength with intention.

Class Policy Payment: All classes must be paid in cash prior to the session. Cancellations: Classes are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted to avoid disruption. Equipment: Please bring your own mat to each class.
